    The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities including a self-filling bath. the cleaning service was excellent and the staff was polite and helpful. the location was ideal with easy access to Ishigaki port for dinner, yet in a quiet location.

    The cost was high considering the limited facilities. the pool was small, and the lack of a restaurant or spa meant we had to venture out for meals and relaxation.

    The two-bedroom apartment was quite spacious and had modern amenities like a self-filling bath. Convenient location near the port, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The complementary shuttle service was a nice touch, especially during the busy New Year period.

    The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, which made for a difficult night's sleep. the price was quite high for the limited facilities on offer - no restaurants, no spa, and a small pool.

    We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The two-bedroom apartment was huge, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with modern amenities. The staff was polite and provided excellent daily service. We appreciated the complementary shuttle service from the airport, which we had arranged ahead of time. we found the location convenient for exploring nearby activities such as dinner options.

    This hotel provided luxurious exclusive amenities that satisfied my needs; the spa and wellness center were exceptional, and the massage was delightful. I also enjoyed the bar and lounge area. This venue is in an advantageous location and has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. Cons: the only minor issue was the limited selection of treatments available in the treatment room of the spa.
